(1) The local level may establish a local gender violence prevention fund in accordance with local laws.
(2) The amount in the fund as per sub-rule (1) shall be used by the concerned local level only for the work as per sub-rule (1) of rule 5.
(3) The use, operation and management of the fund under sub-rule (1) shall be in accordance with the local law.
